Special customers are another new category and this is a big one. Local customers are locals with their own backstories who will frequent your establishments a lot more often if you provide the services they are looking for. Additionally, every second level of the gas station increases the chance for local and special customers. Each level increases the pool and probability of normal customers appearing at the diner and motel.

While the Gas Station developers are busy fixing things when it comes to the recent release of the Airstrip DLC and the game in general and the Road Diner team is making their game, the designers are right now in the process of finalizing the bonuses that Gas Station Simulator will provide to Road Diner and later Motel Simulator.
